This year's George Myer's Lecture will be delivered by Professor Katsunori Kondo in the title of "Social Participation as a Key Determinant of Health Expectancy." The lecture is scheduled in the afternoon of March 11, 2026. Details about Professor Kondo's research can be found here.​​
Instructions for authors
The language of the conference is English. Presentations are in-person only.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Each oral presentation should be 12-15 minutes and will be followed by a 5-minute Q&A session. ​All presentation files must be in Microsoft PowerPoint format. Please send your presentation file to reves2026@sophia.ac.jp by 23:59 (JST) on the day prior to your scheduled presentation.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Posters will be displayed all day from 9am to 5pm between Wednesday 11 March and Thursday 12 March. Authors are responsible for setting up their poster at the beginning of the day and removing it at the end of the day. Refer to the final program to confirm the date of your poster presentation. Authors are asked to present their posters during breaks to discuss their findings with participants.

There will be some boards for the display of presentation materials. Each board measures 1.5 m (height) × 0.8 m (width). Posters must be prepared in vertical (portrait) orientation and fit within these dimensions. For reference, A1 size (841 mm × 594 mm) fits within the poster board.

Please bring your printed poster with you, as on-site printing will not be available.

The National Organizing Committee will not be responsible for any damage to or loss of posters.

Social events
Together with ITOEN (https://www.itoen-global.com/), we will host a traditional green tea ceremony at Sophia University’s Kioi Tei on the afternoon of March 13, 2026. The event will feature a green tea tasting with English explanations, followed by an opportunity to try making tea yourself. All participants are invited, and the event is free of charge.
