• Presenting authors must register by February 9, 2026 (23:59 JST), to confirm attendance. Those who fail to register by February 9, 2026, will be withdrawn from the program.

• Registration fees are non-refundable.

• We cannot accommodate scheduling requests; if your paper or poster is accepted, it may be scheduled any time between Wednesday, March 11 and Friday, March 13, 2026. ​
