Call for Papers

We welcome your submissions for the 37th REVES conference. All sessions will be in-person at Sophia University's Yotsuya campus in Tokyo, Japan, March 11-13, 2026.

The submission site is now closed. The program committee will review all abstracts and notify first authors of the results by the end of the year.

Please note the following:

Presenting authors must register by February 1, 2026 (Japan time), to confirm attendance. Those who fail to register by February 1, 2026 (Japan time), will be withdrawn from the program.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
We cannot accommodate scheduling requests; if your paper or poster is accepted, it may be scheduled any time between Wednesday, March 11 and Friday, March 13, 2026.
